Dilled Peas and Cauliflower
This has four servings at about 80 milligrams sodium each.
The only thing here with sodium worth noting is the cheese.
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon unsalted butter or margarine
1 10-ounce package frozen cauliflower
1/4 teaspoon dillweed
1 10-ounce package frozen peas
4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

Place water, butter, cauliflower and dill in 1-1/2 quart microwavable casserole. Cover tightly and microwave on high (100%) 4 minutes. Stir in peas. Cover and microwave until vegetables are tender, 5-7 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.
