I now understand about sodium and how dangerous it is, especially
when one has high blood pressure. Also I now know precisely how much
I am allowed per day. The leaflet I received from a hospital in
London was quoting salt not sodium and I was expected to do the
calculations to find out the sodium content - not easy!! This is
what set me off on the search for a book I could understand and
follow. Until I read your book I had no idea that such things as
milk contained sodium, not to mention all the other places it hides.
