This book was originally written for Coleen's hospitalized heart failure patients. Too many times patients were readmitted with repeated episodes of heart failure which could have been prevented if the patients and their families had understood the information in this publication. Over time the demand was so high for this cookbook/lifestyle guide, that Coleen's patients, colleagues and the cardiologists she worked with encouraged her to expand. In order to provide the same help to a larger audience she decided on this forum.
